How much do I need to get started?
10% of the total cost is all that you will need for us to schedule a start date for your project.

How do I prepare for the remodel?
Simply remove personal belongings and obstructions from the area and we will do the rest. We will cover up and protect your flooring, your furniture and protect the rest of your home from dust and debris. We take extreme care to protect your home from any possible damage that could result from construction tasks being performed.
All of our workers and associates are held to the same standards of quality and respect towards our clients while we are in your home. It’s our reputation and we take it seriously.

Why should I choose you?
We have a can do attitude towards your project no matter what it is. Whether it’s small, large, different, or seemingly impossible, we never flinch at a challenge in fact we embrace it. We love to build, create and find solutions to your construction needs. That’s just what we do and since we enjoy what we do, we will always put our heart and soul into every project.

What is your standard method of pay?
With check, cash, cashiers check, account deposit or a credit card through Pay-pal.

What if I am not sure exactly what I want?
That’s ok; all you need is a basic idea. We will help to articulate your basic idea into a full scale tangible solution that can then be put into action.

I will be staying at the residence while construction is going on. Is that going to be a problem?
Not at all, for example; when we are remodeling a kitchen we will set up a temporary kitchen area where you will be able to cook and prepare food as needed. For a total “all out” interior remodel, it is likely that you will need to budget for a hotel or stay with a good friend.

I want to remodel my bathroom but I only have one bathroom, how will this work if I need to use the bathroom facility?
It is important to know that we plan for these small but significant issues. With a little planning and pre-ordering we can minimize the time and the inconvenience or we can supply a temporary facility.

How do I know if the work is going to be done right?
We pride ourselves on quality and therefore we guaranty it in writing. We are “hands on” experienced professionals. We stay current with building practices and techniques and only work with others who understand our vision.
